About me
As a documentary film director and editor, I am committed to crafting films that are driven by powerful visual storytelling and a compelling narrative. Through my 8-year career, I have developed a keen interest in character-driven documentaries that not only shed light on important aspects of humanity, but also capture the viewer's attention and provide an engaging and captivating viewing experience.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work on numerous documentary projects for independent directors and companies such as CNN, The Guardian, and Yes Theory. My short documentary, "A Nordic Skater," has been screened at various film festivals around the world, was a finalist in the prestigious Banff Mountain Film Festival, won the Best Photography award in the Adventure Movie Awards 2019, and was featured on Vimeo Staff Picks amongst some of the best short films across the globe.
In 2022, I had the honour of working on the editing team of the film "Project Iceman" a debut feature documentary of Yes Theory. The film is currently being premiered in major cities around the world and will be available for public eyes on one of the major streaming platforms shortly.
Editing documentaries is my biggest passion and an area of expertise as it allows me to use my most advanced skills of problem solving, organisation, creativity and storytelling. I have a keen eye for detail and pacing, the ability to shape a story and the sensibility to effectively convey the emotions of the characters to the audience.
I am open to working on projects of any length, whether it be a short film or a feature, in both documentary and fiction genres. I am dedicated to bring my skills, expertise and passion to any project and make it the best it can be. If you have a story that you want to share with the world, please do not hesitate to reach out to me via email and let's explore the possibilities of creating something truly beautiful together.
